Shipping:

Already made decor ships within 2 to 3 weeks of purchase date depending on the volume of my restock. Pre order decor ships within 3 to 4 weeks of purchase date. Each purchase is provided with a tracking number for the convenience of the buyer to watch as their item travels. Each item is packaged securely and ships via USPS or UPS. Any express orders must notify so that items can be received as expected.

Returns:

Any items purchased have a 3 day grace period upon arrival, for the buyer to decide if they are satisfied with the item. If not, item must be mailed back, providing a tracking number. Once item is received the buyer will be fully refunded. Any damages caused by mishandling during the 3 day grace period will not be refunded but can be fixed. Damages, chips, blemishes due to poor handling from the post office must be reported immediately upon arrival. Along with photographs. (Although uncommon and mostly due to weather, it does sometimes occur). At any time the buyer can choose to message me regarding necklaces purchased prior that may have accidentally broken, to be fixed and made new again. Small fee applies.
